  • When it comes to survey take details of business transactions like :

    • Daily sales
    • Margin of highest and lowest selling items
    • Space available or utilised
    • All SKUs list
    • Working capital requirements and funds available
    • Customer demographics: such as age, gender, timings, locations, repetitions etc
    • credit facilities 
    • Seller inputs 
    • Average order value 
    • etc others can also be helpful if different businesses which you will get with experience.
  • Till Now you have all the data but, I am sure you are not Modi so you can't do all the strategic planning for that:
    • The first option is to use ChatGpt or Gemini. just input all the data and use meaningful questions such as  "What are the improvements possible", "What things should i focus on to increase my sales " and others
